1. Purpose
AI Employee OS helps organizations retrieve company knowledge, answer questions with context and support defined business roles. It is designed as a support system, not an autonomous decision maker.
2. Knowledge and retrieval
Customer-approved documents are processed into searchable representations. Retrieval selects relevant content subject to workspace and permission controls. Answers may include visible source references so users can verify the underlying material.
3. Models and providers
The platform can support configurable model and infrastructure providers. Available providers, regions and data-handling options depend on the customer configuration and commercial plan.
4. Human oversight
Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, applying professional judgment and confirming important information. AI outputs should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or other regulated professional advice.
5. Known limitations
- Outputs may be incomplete, outdated or factually incorrect.
- Retrieval quality depends on available documents, permissions and document quality.
- Ambiguous questions can produce ambiguous answers.
- Generated text may reflect limitations of configured third-party models.
6. Governance controls
Relevant controls may include tenant separation, role-based access, permission-aware retrieval, source citations, audit information, configurable providers and documented evaluation processes.
7. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful content, appropriate access rights, user training, risk assessment, sector-specific requirements and defining where human approval is mandatory.
8. Security and privacy
Security and privacy controls are described in the applicable agreement, DPA and product documentation. Customers should avoid placing prohibited or unnecessary sensitive data into prompts or documents.
9. Feedback and incidents
Suspected harmful outputs, security issues or material product concerns can be reported to info@ai-employee-os.com.
These website documents provide general commercial and product information and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before contractual use.
