1. Scope
These terms govern access to AI Employee OS unless a separate written agreement applies.
2. Accounts and organizations
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, secure credentials and activity performed through their organization.
3. Permitted use
The service may not be used unlawfully, to infringe rights, bypass security controls, distribute malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Customer content
Customers retain rights in their content and grant the rights necessary to host, process, retrieve and generate outputs for service delivery. Customers must have all required permissions for uploaded content.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Customers remain responsible for decisions and actions based on outputs.
6. Fees and plans
Fees, included capacity, overages, billing periods and taxes are defined in the selected plan or order form.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve or modify the service while seeking to preserve material functionality. Planned maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or overdue payment. Termination rights are defined in the applicable order or agreement.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and any individually agreed commercial terms. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
